Ordered a new cover from Knights, they said it would take 2 weeks, 4 weeks later they said it would be a few more weeks and $190 to deliver the $399 cover. When I told David to cancel the cover, I would have to find another Spa repair guy, he yelled into the phone, "I'm glad you are not going to be our customer!!!!!!". Rather unprofessional.

My experience thus far with Knight Tubs has been outstanding!! They helped me pick the perfect tub at a price point below other local competitors, facilitated an unprecedented installation scheme and have helped me with any questions I have had along the way with great professionalism and good humor! I couldn't have anticipated a better buying experience! A big "Thank You" to Christine, Mark and Scott!!
In general, I got a very bad attitude from owner David Knight. I felt like it was a big inconvience that I called him. They are the only Jacuzzi guys in Vermont, so they had to drive an hour to service my Spa. They charged me $95 each trip for travel time, and it was still a big hassle for them. "Yeah, sighhhhhhh, we will send someone wayyyyy down there, but it wll be $95...."
Called Knights several times, spoke to a young sounding girl. She told me to call back when someone else was there, or told me she would take message. I never got a call back. I kept calling and eventually got someone who I exlained the situation to. She said, "Hey, I need a day off, we have a college girl answer the phone, what do you want?".
However the guy that they did send to do service, was fantastic. A great guy, personable, professional and courteous. I hope he opens up his own Jacuzzi service.
